Damien Collins
Director
With an enduring dedication to creating and delivering high quality projects, Damien embarked on his entrepreneurial journey three decades ago at the age of 21 as a plumber and business owner in Sydney. Swiftly establishing a reputation of unwavering excellence, Damien obtained both residential and commercial builder licences prior to embarking on several projects across the UK.
Re-establishing himself in Melbourne, Damien spent 8 years at medium and large construction companies honing his project management skills before establishing his own project management business. Over the years, Damien’s business portfolio has grown to include a residential building, commercial fit out and remedial maintenance.
Damien is also committed to philanthropy and supporting those less fortunate in the community, being involved in the Big Brother Program, supporting World Vision and The Smith Family, and previously holding the position of Deputy Chair on the board of the Victorian Youth Mentoring Alliance.
Phillip Devlin
General Manager
Phillip has over 20 years in commercial and domestic building sectors including fit out, refurbishments, maintenance and residential renovations. With a trade background and sense of leadership Phillip developed his business acumen through large enterprise and small start-up both locally based in Melbourne and nationally.
An Executive business leader with experience in scale, growth, sustaining high performing teams and company values. A passion for people and culture, Phillip is driven to deliver exceptional outcomes whilst maintaining a great place to work for all internal stakeholders.

Quantum Commercial Solutions has made a commitment and partnered with their preferred sustainability and recycling provider Recycle All to decrease the amount of commercial and residential building waste that currently ends up in landfill. The construction industry in Australia generates a substantial amount of waste. It is said to produce over 27 million tonnes of waste, accounting for 44% of all waste Australians produce. With this number increasing over the last two decades, the issue is a critical one facing the industry.
